Devil Rays in Toontown Central??!??!!!??!!
First, I'd like to say Happy Halloween! I can't wait to get a black cat!


Second, is it possible to catch a devil ray in Toontown Central? My brother claims he caught one on a cousin's toon. Then again, he doesn't know how rare they are. Please help, I want to know!
