Firstly there are a couple of Uk/Non US residents who claim they have managed to get US account with out US registered address, I assume they are being truthful, altho they showed nothing as proof of this. I always thought you needed a US zip code to do this, but it maybe possible as we do play on sames servers, but there is a difference in way stored data is handled (UK's data protection act, etc), and new US rules on data storage could make this even more difficult.
You cud try making a new account and see if you can register through US website, you may slip through. I think if you contact them, they will quote rules and say its not possible and not try and be very helpful, saying they have plenty of way to pay in UK website, blah blah. If you do get a new account registered, then its just a case of asking them to transfer toons, which I know is possible from UK to US.
On BT Click and Buy, I use this and set it to add to my BT phone account and pay when that is sent out, this works well. However I spose if you are australian resident, you probs dont have this option.
I know you can pay by card/bank account on BT Click and Buy, paypal is technically a online bank account and so shud be ok, however I think they require card details as reference and security, even if you are using account to pay, so this could be problem if you can't put some card details in.
After that, I not sure there is any other way to pay UK wise.
