Let's Speculate
Let's do some reasoned speculation about Bossbot HQ, based on what we already know about ToonTown, and the way the game has evolved.
(1) Think about how the developers put laff limits on the elevators in the other HQs. Most likely, there will probably be similar limits to areas of the Bossbot HQ, if not the whole area. Since it is closest to the three easiest playgrounds, the developers would definitely create some type of limitation so widdle toons don't wander in and go sad all the time. I'm guessing that's part of the purpose of Acorn Acres, to create a "middle" place, so BBHQ isn't directly off a widdle toon playground.
Perhaps the requirement won't be a laff limit, but perhaps a toon will have to have all three of the other suits to enter the Bossbot area, or to start the tasks. Maybe the requirement will be that a toon will have to have defeated each of the other bosses at least once.
(2) Toons need to earn a suit. There probably won't be a new playground, but there may be some sort of street from Acorn Acres to BBHQ. The Lawbot suit consisted of a series of tasks all from the same place (one of the more boring, and lame parts of the game, IMO). The suit will probably be earned completing some sort of series of tasks, from some sort of desk toon. So that the game is a bit "different," this will probably be something slightly new (different from completing factories, shop tasks, or research tasks), and the "HQ" will probably be on a new street, perhaps connecting AA to BBHQ. There will be some sort of special Toon HQ officer to give you tasks to earn your suit.
(3) This is the CEO we are talking about here. He's no mere "Big Cheese." We're talking about the Boss of the Bosses. I wouldn't be surprised if the tasks included "Defeat 3 CFOs" or "Defeat a Chief Justice." Sure, there will be a lot of bossbots in BBHQ, but I'm thinking we may see all the other types of cogs there too!
(4) Each of the other three Cog HQs have one blank wall. On the four walls, they each have an entrance from a street, an access to the boss, some sort of "building" for toons to explore, and one wall that doesn't access anything. I'm guessing that the Bossbot HQ may have connections to all the other Cog HQs. Of course, Bossbot HQ doesn't have to be connected to the other HQs, but doesn't it make sense? After all, aren't the "bossbots" bosses? If the boss is the CEO, then doesn't that make him the boss of all the other cog HQs? So, perhaps you can get to Bossbot HQ via AA, and the other three Cog HQs.
There might also be some sort of multi-cog playground, like the other cog HQs that have all four kinds of cogs wandering around.
(5) Sellbots have a factory, Cashbots have a mints, Lawbots have DA offices, so what would Bossbots have? Board rooms? Nah, too small, but that is probably where the final battle with the CEO would take place, around a giant table, perhaps with some sort of presentation screen. Office buildings? Possibly, like cubicle farms.
(6) The battle with the CEO might have something to do with getting hired/fired/paid/performance reviewed. What would you throw at a CEO to win? Stock certificates? Union memberships? (Nah, too political, not good for Disney!) Perhaps reports?
(7) Each of the Boss battles have progressively required more teamwork and are harder to solo. There's probably going to be some serious teamwork required. Lawbot HQ had an additional jury seat phase, so CEO may also have three or more phases (maybe one for each type of cog?)
Well, there's my speculations... Any more?
