I was with 3 secret friends.....they were mother and son and one of their friends that I made S/Fs with after the VP run! I was with the son and the friend in the first round and the toons on the other side wouldn't tune his mom's toon (64 laff) so we go into the second round one toon short and he son ends up with the toon that laughed when she went sad and wouldn't tune her up....so he killed that toon off in the same mannor and eventually went sad too! So now my side has 4 toons and all the extra cogs the other side didn't finish. It ended up just the myself and their friend left after countless cogs and missed lures and running low on gags. I went threw 18 tune up and 3 S.O.S cards as did she she eventually went sad after I ran out of tune up and I followed shortly after a Missed lure with the last 3 cogs! it wasn't like I would've beaten the VP in the pie fight alone any way.
But it just goes to show you that being mean is lame in the VP...you only hurt your own chances of winning. I really had no intention of winning after they let his mom go sad i would have Killed the mean toon my self if I had the chance
...going sad wasn't a big deal after that! His mother has a maxed toon but wanted to have a little challenge and I was also playing my unmaxed toon for the same reason. All 4 of us run with the CCG and know how to play with lower laff toons, it could have been an easy victory but all were lost due to meanness and spite. I gained a new friend out of it so I'm a winner as far as I'm concerned
