I wouldn't of thought so, I like you choose sound for first trees, got as far as horn, then changed to Trap I still have my Horn Tree for show, it does not let me pick the fruit, and I get Train Tracks Every day, this maybe different with 2 lvl7's.
Remember it needs 21 days to mature, I think it's Big Size can be days before it shows Fruit. If you have long past that in total grow time then....
Also if one dead is dead, It will not go on to produce fruit, as other trees need to be healthy to produce fruit on higher trees especially through growing section (Any dead days may take off 2 days in growing times for trees above).
Does it Even show a Oranganic on Gag List, i.e Larger Number by it and do you get bonus for throwing the level 7 when obtained by normal means.
If so, then seems it is Bug, you could try starving all trees, then re watering them all, waiting two days to see if that will do somthing.
If not contact TT, tell them and show them the problem and they will probs correct it.
But on having other tree type, while growing/using another well....
