Hello,
I've been suspended for the second time and this time they want me to call their office. Every time I call I get an answering service and have so far left 4 messages. No one is calling me back and I have no idea what else to try. It said on my log in page that unless I call this number regardless of whether or not my 72 hours have passed, my account will remain suspended until I contact them. I am getting REALLY angry as it's a bit hard to get into contact with someone that doesn't answer the phone!!!
If anyone has had a similiar experience or knows of some way I can fix this, I would really appreciate a reply.
