Isn't this thread about greifing though? You're complaining because new content was added to the game that I'm sure a whole heck of alot of toons out there are happy about because it's something fresh and new to do.
Of course there's going to be connection issues, with so many Toons trying out the new playground. It'll level off after awhile.
And it is completely unfair and rude to ask for a laff limit on this. We're all paying customers that are golfing in AA. Laff points should be taken into account when mini golfing. I suppose next there'll be a call for having a minimum of 4 level 7 gags to go on the go karts??
Everything else in your "idea" is a part of ToonTown that's been there since to begining.
