It's almost like a show of appreciation, acknowledgment, and respect a sort of "thank you for helping me through the factory, oh no let me get that" sort of thing. And when i'm playing my sons mid laffer I never expect a 100+ to have to step on the switch. So i'd like to hear your opinion if it differs than mine. It's always nice to get another persons point of view to help figure out if yours is PC. Thanks
A toon doesn't get the disguise part unless he's a party to the foreman battle. Whoever stays behind after the 2nd silo battle to step on the switch runs the risk of being left out of the final battle if the others wish to exclude that toon. That's especially true if the group does the west silo 2nd because it's hard to get out of the room before the doors close. 3 people can beat the final 4 cogs in one round, ending the factory run. So 3 toons who want to ditch a 4th can do so there.

In the case I mentioned it worked out perfect because the 3 of us were itching to make the freeloader go sad or to exclude him from the final dance. When he stayed back to step on the switch it gave us the chance to make sure he didn't get a disguise part.

My point was that if a noob makes a legitimate effort to be a helpful part of the group but is worried about being excluded at the end, he/she should not be the one who steps on the 2nd switch.
