Do you have Paint? You can resize screenshots in Paint. Go to the "Image" menu and choose "Resize/Skew." Then you can resize it to a percentage of its original size. There should be some sort of resize option in any graphics editing program (I'm not sure what comes with Macs
).
You can't get to TTC on Firefox, but can get to TT? That's strange. I'm using Firefox right now, but I can't launch TT from Firefox (though I know there's something you can download to make it work). TTC, though, I've never had problems with. Do you have any weird security/firewall settings enabled?
