Sorry to hear you're having problems yet again
Sounds like you get these issues daily on TT UK. Glad I swapped to TT US back in December when it was going through a bad patch.
Word of warning to anyone wishing to transfer from UK account to US account - you will lose the ability to SF unless you can register with an American credit card (unless that has changed lately).
