A low accurate gag worked every time, and + they were the worst 2 one's.
If you don't understand that, then your not super far into Toontown. I have a maxed drop toon, and 50/50 of his drops worked.
My toon that's 69, in the building, had none of his drops ever work. Now in this building, Toontown gave us all the drops.
