I think lureless and soundless toons(I guess tu-less toons too) should have their powerful gags(Drop and trap) maxed to take advantage of their gag combos. . He does need to get his goggles, but I think he should max his tu just in case his lure misses and the cogs do major damage. Trap and Drop: At least one of these gags have to be maxed. If he is the only person with drop in a DA and he has piano, it's still good to use an unmax drop(the drop has to be over 110) with other people using hose or a trap door.
