The toon above Doctor Crumblepocket is not my toon, I was just joking around about maxing 2 toons in fishing. Although the first 63-65 fish, I think anyone can catch with very little effort. JMO
I do have 2 more toons who are close, one has 66 the other has 65, and I WILL max them in fishing! I enjoy fishing.
