^_^ it happens to me all the time just right click your internet and delete all the junk. then open your start menu and go to accecories then system tools. then do disk cleanup and disk defragment. ^_^ and delete cookies also ^_^ if it still says you cant connect, try reinstalling it. if all else fails............... buy a new computer ^_^_^
