I beleive Good Ol Champ Ace, is a signature dev, and has always been annouced as person who sets tasks.
It's been going 2 years now, and Good Ol Champ Ace was setting tasks in the first one in which one of my family toons came second.
In first one, it was over 14 days, 12 hour battles each day, overall winner won full expenses trip to Dinseyland Paris for family 4, with second prize as Mickey Portable TV and DVD player, cant remember 3rd prize. Invidual days won u mini radios, Disney Dvd films ect.
They changed it a year later, as someone obviously reliased 14 days of 8am to 8 pm, every day, was too demading..
hmm really... we had team of 4 and still found it hard.
Now with only single/dual days for each win, and less time intervals its open for more indivuals.
