Well this event is occuring monday, meaning tomorrow. So it would be best to sign up before then. The first 16 to sign up get to compete, so if your too late to sign up it's on you. However, if we pass 16 and get up to 32 signatures then we will have a 32 toon tournament.
A new tournament with a new sign up sheet will occur weekly, tournaments monday nights, sign up sheet posted saturday nights.
