Do you pay with Click & Buy? If you do Then u shud contact Constomer Services immediately.
"My Account" unavailable
The My Account section is currently unavailable for users who subscribed to Toontown and paid with a Click&Buy account or who have any Click&Buy account registered as payment tool. An error page is displayed which redirects to the home page when you click My Account. As long as your subscription is valid and paid this should not impact your ability to play the game. If you need to change your subscription but cannot access My Account, please contact us with your sign in details.
You might also get an Error page or an empty Help - Sorry page if you attempt to access My Account when you are signed in to our website with a child password. If this is the case, please sign in with your master password and try again. If you have forgotten your master password, you can retrieve it here.
Even if you're not, I wud still contact them. Make sure Header and tittle cleary state directly, that u can't access your subs page so can't play TT, as they are probs filtering posts by importance.
