Yes me too, i think it comes up if u either search for toontown in search engine, or put in toontown.com to get to it.
If you use your normal login shortcut or link, you may not see it, but if u use above methods u will see it for sure.
This allows user to choose best location to download game.
I know that when i first started playing I ended up downloading everything for US site, meaning US accounts and linking, b4 finding the UK site. Which meant i had to restart in UK to get a account for me.
So I would assume it's for this reason.
