its happening because someone messed with the mysql coding in the page-if they don't know it it could take forever
if they do know it, it should be easy to fix, a simple wrong character in the code messes it all up, and assuming that they dont let the person who screwed it up in the first place fix it, it shouldn't take long to fix!
