No, you do not get a laff boost after level 12. As I said, you get a laff boost after these levels:
15, 20, 30, 40, 50. Used to you WOULD get a laff boost after level 12, but they have changed it now where you get them for level
15, 20, 30, 40, 50. That's the answer to your question.. It's not a bug, it's just a change they have made. I have maxed SellBot VP, and I remember going through it like that..
