I was just wondering how many here in UK use BT click and buy for TT subs and pay monthly?

And if u do, have u had any probs with subs being taken in last couple on months.

My last couple subs were not taken and had my account suspended for 3 or 4 days until they managed to get payment through.

TT Customer Service said BT Click must of made some changes, but BT Click said my account is in perfect order, and no changes have been made.

So I'm wondering if there a general protocol thats been changed that cud of affected others in the same fashion.
