Do you need BST or GMT? The UK doesn't run on GMT while we are in Daylight time.
What if we put "UK" which is usually 5 hrs after our Eastern? Unless you're in Ireland...
Also: When do you go back to GMT for the winter? We fall back on the last weekend of October.
