I was thinking about all the names and how there is orange green pink etc. I searched all over the forums for the answer but couldnt find the info. So with the help from Scrat I got a guide
Blue or white *depending on what skin you use* names are members of the Toontowncentral Forums
Green names are guide creators for maple Story. for more information about the Maple Story forums please follow this link:

Red names are generally moderators of the forums that are currently online. (Examples Deputy Monty, Tep Cat)
Bold magenta names are forum administrators that are currently online (examples Nick, Silly Princess)
Light pink these are Mini-Moderators, generally new moderators that are still learning and under review. (examples GB shorts, Prof Cherry Pie)
Scrolling name, Rewards from mods (contests, winning arcade, trivia, helpful threads, etc) only temporary except for Evil Kid Bugs. (examples Andrew had one once as did Allicat)
Some mods and admins will lose there color name if they are inactive so when you look at the mods and admins of the site section and you see some blue names that means they have just been inactive
Light blue is for hall of fame member (bunny summers)
