To get the ray heres what u have to do.... fish for 3 hours in DDL PG then go to brrg and fish for 3 hours going for concord then go back to DDL lullaby lane... fish 1 bucket on the 3rd dock:

You should get the devil ray, if u are my toon but that may work for u...
