Let me try to shed a little light on the subject. I applied for the test server in maybe.. sometime in February? I got my acceptance email in late August. This is how it works. Let's set a fake example. Okay here:
You apply for Test in early January. Nothing new is coming out that anyone knows about. You wait a few months. A few more. And then a few more! Now it is Early October. You find out Bossbot HQ is coming out! Toontown will need new testers to help them find all those bugs, right? Right! So they will probably respond to a lot of the testers saying theyre accepted!
Get it? So what I'm trying to say is, Toontown USUALLY recruits new testers when something new is coming out so they have more people to find the bugs. As you know there were A LOT when law hq came out. My friend and I both became testers when the bears were about to come out. There WERE bugs in the bears like, the right ear was backwards. Other stuff like that. Do you understand what I'm saying? You could wait many many months or even to a year, or years. Hope this helps!
