I tried tips for the first time the other day. I went to the web-site and clicked on it and it worked. Then I closed it and re-opened it later. It asked me for my password. I had my password e-mailed to me and I tried it. Every time I put my password in, the screen goes back to the enter password screen with the spot for my password blank. Can someone help me?
